UFC 197: Fight card, date, odds, how to watch Jon Jones vs. Ovince St. Preux
Jon Jones is returning at last. After a nearly year and a half hiatus full of controversial ups and downs, the former light heavyweight champion is returning in the Octagon on Saturday for the interim light heavyweight title against dangerous Ovince Saint Preux in the main event of UFC 197.
Jones is unbeaten in the Octagon, with his only loss coming via a disqualification for a 12-6 elbow at The Ultimate Fighter 2 reality show finale.
Saint Preux will bring an unorthodox, southpaw style of fighting and is always must-catch for his signature move – a knockout with his vicious power.
We can watch UFC 197 live on pay-per-view through your cable provider with prelims beginning at 8 p.m. on Fox Sports 1 and the main card starting at 10 p.m. with your purchase of the pay-per-view.
You can also catch the fight online through UFC.TV for $59.99.
In addition to Jones-Saint Preux, UFC flyweight champion (125 pounds) Demetrious Johnson will once again put his belt on the line — this time against Henry Cejudo. Johnson (23-2-1) has held the belt since the UFC brought the flyweight division into existence. Cejudo (10-0-0) may be Johnson’s toughest challenger yet with a strong wrestling background.
